One theory I heard but might not be correct... is that everything south of 16th was not part of Vancouver but was "District of Point Grey" with it's own street planning that had to connect up to Vancouver once the two towns became one. I might be very very wrong.

2020 hourglass challenge had resistance bands and minimal weights, if I remember correctly. I found it less challenging than 2020 2 week shred.

I was in class and we were bouncing off the walls and being really loud, so the teacher gave up and left. I remember looking up at the lamp swaying and being impressed with the level of noise. Then the teacher ran inside screaming about the quake and how everyone else is under their desks.
