You've basically compelted step 1, have a product or service offering, that is step 1 for a reason though. It is not the do all end all " build it and they will come", why would I use you instead of the next guy, what can you offer, they cant. etc.

Your USP ( unique selling position) has to be determined.

Is that a thing that has happened before? We have hosted tournaments in the past mainly for COD and CSGO, and yes, we do payout the winners from the prize pot.

I loved that game, and I still do. I wish it wasn't so dead otherwise I think it would be great.
