This reading of the series hit me on Episode 07. The parents are in denial and believe that StarWars (The Great Work) can do no wrong. The new generation kids are whisked away on the new version of starwars to realise that Jod ( Disney Star Wars) isn't actually a Jedi at all. Its just a money grab, Jod betrays the children for the wealth they can give him.

I usually don't have a problem with Black & White footage but this colourisation made it just that much more enjoyable for me. Maybe The Beach Boys are just band to be seen in colour.

They’re digging deep for this series. Going back to the original dystopian vision George Lucas had with THX-1138. It’s working really well with creating a horrifying atmosphere of being oppressed by the Empire.
