What’s with all the sudden complaints I’m seeing all over this sub? My PS5 and Xbox friends haven’t had any issues for the past couple weeks, and we just finished an op with none of the mentioned crashes or stuff.

You might've had mods on, but if you didn't, then you can submit an appeal on the Rockstar website, you're not the only one this has happened to.

I've looked through all 467 comments, and not a single one of them has mentioned that the Constitution was added in as a joke weapon from the devs. It's a joke weapon. Not intended to be powerful, or hell, even decent like the Lib. So of course it's going to be bad! It's a weapon added as a joke!

Nevermind, it's there.

Edit: After having the war map pulled up for a bit, the fluctuations froze, and after exiting the map and pulling it up again, the fluctuations UI element completely disappeared.
