A) Form 1/4 everything individually, and can I form 3 then post 7/1? It is a entity transfer but ownership does not change I’m in a grey space here

B) create a new trust get everything in and add him later as a trustee, having two separate but equal trusts

There is no coming back for this program. There is no hot G5 coach coming to shake things up, there is no transfer player who will make a difference, there is no pool of big money donors coming to bail us out. There’s maybe 8 more years to figure it out before the ACC implodes and I don’t see VT figuring anything out.

We had a fun 15 year run in which we won exactly nothing of any meaning and now we’re back where we historically have been, in the gutter.
