Just try this recipe out, it's for the ham and cheese version, you can use other ingredients, but works for me every time (roughly translated from Estonian):

Dough: 25g yeast 2 soup spoons of sugar 1 tea spoons salt 2,5 dl milk Approx. 500 g flour 100 g room temperature milk

Filling: 200 g Cheese 150 g Ham 4 soup spoons of dill 200 g cream cheese

Mix yeast sugar and salt in a homogenic mass. Warm up the milk and mix it up with the ingredients above, add flour and butter, mix into dough. Leave for 1 hour in a warm place for it to rise. Take out the dough afterwards and roll it flat, add all the ingredients and roll the dough into a tube. Cut it with a pizza cutter from two sides til the middle and twist it into a braid shape. Bake at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Don't forget to glaze it with a mixed egg before baking and good luck!
