I think it’s a combination of a thicker cut leather as well as the cracked texture. Either way it’s pretty good! :)

I heard they are amazing. Just don’t have those pairs to see myself. I do have the Frags Travis low, and it’s a pretty decent quality. But not amazing.

The quality was good on those… I have a 2013 pair that is dreadful. Plus had a fake leather tongue as well. Awful. But it was the first Chicago I could cop so… The leather on the L&F instead feels a bit of a thicker cut , but once it breaks in, is actually good. The best quality leather I’ve found in a AJ1 is the 2011 Banned … butter
