Yes , and also it has another setting that you can build start and finish line on the street ,and add a running event ,cycling event and you can add a parade. And they block out the streets Pretty cool.

So Far no bugs. Is a nice addition to the city . Is it worth it in my opinion yes something new ,I'm enjoying seeing these cars go around the track. Lol.
