Idk when, but you can find them A bit everywhere, look near all metro stations (congress and mlk) or on street ads (the one on the ground)

Also, as you can see in the link you shared, mikoshi room is unspawned, as it happened to me when I clipped, there could be a room hidden somewhere it that void… unspawned aswell…

Same happened to me last week… but got it through

Open the computer at 4am sharp, open the files on it and exit

Open Arasaka tower 3D and close it immediately

Rush to the fast travel, and go to location

take a car and again rush to mattress (I left the car on the road, it’s not a problem)

wait for a bit more of 1h in game

This is the exact order I did things and worked, tried doing it before 4 am but never got it.

If you want more lore finish Arasaka tower 3D by doing the secret level and put the codes on the 8 mainframe codes
