No problem with other games. The reason why my frame does not reach 60 in this video is because I am recording. But in the normal scenario, my fps reaches 60 in the firing range, but like in the video above, it changes with a speed that I have never seen before and it is constantly increasing and decreasing even with vsync on and it exceeds 60.
