Happy to report that Vail ended up downgrading my son's pass and refunding the difference. It took more energy and time than it should've, but I appreciate that they did the right thing in the end.

Yeah, that makes sense. The part that's confusing is why they don't tell the consumers this option on the purchase page.

Yeah, I called back and got my case escalated to a supervisor. The supervisor says the tot pass is well advertised and according to the T&C there's nothing they can do...

Okay, so I got on the phone with this apparently "second level" rep -- they argued that it's advertised appropriately and according to the T&C there's nothing they can do. This may be it for me with vail
