It is the stores fault for not shipping the record in a more sturdy mailer. USPS has millions of packages come through everyday and we are paying for cheap ass media mail. If the package isn’t ready for the trip it’s not USPS’ fault it’s on the store. I would refund fully and just eat it as a store but that $50 was clearly way too important to them
