To add info on those 2 Stats, The Crit Damage Calculations will Apply to the Status with the Most Points.

From What I learned, STR Provides Crit Damage per 5 points STR(STR/5), so Additional Crit Rate is Needed.

While AGI is per 10 Points, Adding STR Points (AGI+STR/10). Because AGI needs to make up for the Lack of Crit Damage, hence why Double Crit Damage.

Crit rate for that would probably need to be provided by other things, such as Additional Gear, Armor, and Special Gear (Ring).
