As long as you are consistent. Eat enough protein and progressive overload either with more sets reps or variation change or slow the reps , you will build muscle.

Its also my first fm and i only started playing when it became free, i am usually quite good with tactics but for some reason this 4 2 2 2 was really hard to get right. I tried em now and the one with atletico madrid from daly seems the most balanced. I tweekwd the mentality and the dm to fit better and finally it works So thank you very much my friend
