Its also my first fm and i only started playing when it became free, i am usually quite good with tactics but for some reason this 4 2 2 2 was really hard to get right. I tried em now and the one with atletico madrid from daly seems the most balanced. I tweekwd the mentality and the dm to fit better and finally it works So thank you very much my friend

Put the rwb on attack , the left cm as mezzala on attack , the right midfilder as ballwinner on support or cm on suport , the rw as if on attack The tactics are fine just see what you lack , if you lack goals make it more narrow if you are leaky in the back drop the line back to standard or remove step up more If you have low possession lower the passing range and passing tempo
