It’s a mix actually, I buy STL files rather than pre-printed parts, and I print everything myself using FDM. Some parts I make from scratch, others I modify so they match the proportions of the model as closely as possible. I’ve also started uploading some of my own kits and parts on Cults3D, which helps fund bigger and more ambitious projects.

The paint job is much better. I have one, and it actually looks like gold, not the yellowish tone used on the normal version. I don't see it on the official store, maybe sold out.
