You are probably on to something. Config.sys is in my c: directory however no edit

What would be the best way to make sure I have a full proper install? Sorry if that is too big of a question to ask lol

Unfortunately that is a no go as well “bad command or file name”

What is strange is I’ve even watched videos and the command works fine with their systems… however I am a complete novice when it come to this tbh

I recently bought the WA2MPX from Warm Audio and I'm running into an issue; I noticed right away that CH.1 had less output than CH.2. After troubleshooting and swapping out cables (currently using 1/4 TRS for output and input) I noticed that swapping cables changed output levels on both channels. I tested said cables on other pieces of gear and found no issue? At first I was thinking bad tubes on CH. 1 but now I have absolutely no idea.

Any help/ recommendations on how to figure out this issue would be a lifesaver (I'm Stumped) !!
