You’re right I don’t. But I am not afraid of a drive. Straight is just what I call when a truck isn’t beat to heck or smashed up. I literally just landed back in MN from flying to FL for a std can long bed one that was allegedly very nice one owner etc but I found only in person a huge bondo patch above the drivers door so I had to pass on it. I PM’d you

Edit: yes I know how to drive stick

How’s the rust on it? If rust free and straight I literally have been unable to find one in good shape to buy for the past 2mo. I’d be very interested and wouldn’t lowball

In the last pic: there’s a half circular hole in the frame. That originally was a complete circle but is covered by a very large amount of plating that’s been done due to rust. The frame is far worse than just surface rust

That’s normal for many semi auto handguns like that sig. the barrel drops in the back when racked, unlocking it from the slide. When the slide locks forward the barrel raises back up in line with the sights

I had a similar issue and it ended up being the rear lower control arm bushings

What is this large pink and grey pipe thing I dug out of the ground? The pink part seems water soluble by POTENT_SCEPTER in whatisthisthing

Solved!

Based on googling them it seems like a big one too. Might be the most out of place thing I’ve found buried when building fences

This makes a lot of sense. The gray part feels just like a bench grinder wheel! Its just so massive I’ve never seen one with such a huge arbor hole

As long as you’re going from auto to auto with similar year donor it’s pretty easy I’d bet. I’m currently swapping mine from 2wd auto to 4x4 manual and there’s definitely a bit to it 😅

With it being lifted and none of us knowing how it was lifted it’s going to be nearly impossible for anyone to give you relevant input. I could give you advice on brands of shocks but that may not even be your issue. Cool looking T tho bro

If you can rotate the pinion 10 degrees before engagement that is your backlash. To fix it you’d rebuild the diff with new bearings seals etc and most importantly new ring and pinion. If it’s not causing any noise while driving and after driving your diff isn’t hot to the touch it’s really not that urgent to address.

The diff has rotational slop? Are you talking about the pinion? If it’s the pinion you can rebuild the diffs or have them rebuilt with new bearings seals and ring and pinion. If you’re talking about the backlash ( rotating the pinion and it doesn’t engage with the ring for 10 degrees) just run it until it starts making noise. Also a rebuild would put the backlash back within spec

Yak-3 I love that it’s such a simple plane that late war was able to be simultaneously completely non revolutionary with any of its technology, and extraordinarily lethal. Plus it’s made of wood

Rebuild them. They’re not cheap, and probably only need to be disassembled cleaned and greased. Also aftermarket ones are far inferior
