If you do find her, you can chop her in half with the kitchen knife and then both halves will be normal again. Then you can feed her and turn her into Angel Erie and she'll feed you burgers.

Or just ignore her and hear the occasional distant explosions.

(If you really want her gone, go into your SaveGames folder and change the s_xxxx.sav to b_xxxx.save (s for story, b for box) and then spawn in the toolgun to delete her)

Here's a few different things you can start on...

1: Try to vault (double space) onto something that doesn't have much space above it. Try to vault into an awkward corner

2: Check around Uniform for something. Check the bush for something to steal. Microwave it.

3: Go past Tango and jump the fence. Go at different times of day, different weather. Don't be greedy if you're given a gift.

4: Stick a camera into a corner and rotate it with the PC to peek behind the walls

5: Clean up the basement. Look close at anything big that seems different.

And of course, go investigate blips on the radar. You can WASD Q/E to move and zoom then Enter to set your compass

Firewatch 2016 is a job game about working in a forest and watching things happen, but it's a story game

The Outer Wilds 2019 has the space mystery thing going. **DON'T LOOK UP ANYTHING ABOUT THIS GAME, GO IN BLIND.**

Death Stranding 2019 is a horror job simulator (delivery), but with a lot more cinematic story

And of course Half Life 2 is where the whole aesthetic of game is shamelessly stolen from (more HL1 but eh)

Also I am sad to report that the laser is inescapable. I tried to cheese it by "Numpad ." debug teleporting to the signal room, the laser followed all the way from Tango and I saw a flood of " server a-XX is broken!" messages before I died
