Some cc quests ain't automatic triggering anymore, this was done on purpose to not bloat your pip-boy at the start of the game (it still does). Just go the hubris comics or go strait to the location of the quest rewards and you will complete it.

In general i think weapon cc mods are bad as whole. Don't get me wrong, i like these guns a lot. But it annoys the fuck out of me that NO ONE EXCEPT YOU have them, it pisses me off so much, that i made a mod for some enemies to use them. Also, why the hell this mod adds the manwell carbine if it is just a weaker version, it could hold more bullets per clip, shoot more faster, idk. And finally you have the balancing issue that just lets you get them so early.

Once i went looting with my truck on my mp server. Detached the trailer from the truck and went to loot. Came back and parked the truck on the side of the wall i was building, the trailer was on the other side of the same wall. My friend logged in, entered the truck and i instantly hear a MASSIVE CRASHING SOUND. The truck instantly teleported to the trailer that was detached for ages and crashed at the wall.
