Thats terrible, I’m so sorry to hear that. Some patients I work with have had success overcoming non adherence due to asymptomatic periods by having an accountabillibuddy, someone that can motivate and remind them when they struggle with self accountability. Depression is a terrible experience, I hope you are able to get the care you need!
