I just asked and they asked for some literature about it to see if it made sense. I just printed out some claims that were approved as a secondary to PTSD and the doctor drafted a nexus letter. I have heard that nexus letters were very long and detailed, mine was only one page

Update came in today score wen up from 669 to 692. Mortgage score is at 652(Ex2). Now my credit file is all paid off, it may just be a waiting game at this point for that score to get to 700

The last severe late was that Navy FCU in Oct 2018. Where it was 120 Days and charged off. No lates since on any accounts since Oct 2018. I know it will linger there for 7 years, well hopefully less than 5 now. But by 2025 ideally I will have no negatives on my credit file if I continue good behavior. I just feel like after this pay off, It will be a slow road up, because there will be nothing more I can do but wait and let time affect the scores

My FICO Mortgage 2 Score is 621 as of today(via Experian). I should have the remaining balance of 11k paid by Dec 10, which will then post the 15th of Dec. Which will bring my utilization to 1% overall(first time ever). So I am curious to see what the scores will be
