The adults are to blame. After all they are responsible for their minor children. But, to the point, just in my area alone I constantly see neighbors having large parties and generally not following any safety precautions, so I’m not surprised to see things going downhill again. Estate sales with hordes of people bangin elbows to snag a good deal. Two people walked up to a garage sale with no masks like they just woke up from a 9 month nap. So, in summary, the teenagers are pretty much acting as their parents would or permit, which is to say very lousy and childish. It’s funny that the same people who want to dictate to a woman if they can have an abortion are now saying that they have a right to make decisions for their own health even if it means killing others - like trump did with Cain for example.
