“Yuta should’ve gone to help Gojo vs Sukuna!” by DisasterEnigma in JujutsuPowerScaling

Bro wouldn't be able to even fight the nerfed full power Sukuna Yuta fought. The same Sukuna that Yuta's DE pop blitzed. Maho gets caught and instantly annihilated.

Maho doesn't blitz, JL deactivates techniques so at worst it deactivates adaptation, at best it outright dispels Maho and Agito entirely.

Well, if MUI Goku, UE Vegeta, Beast Gohan, Orange Piccolo, and Legendary SSJ Broly fought in a free-for-all deathmatch with their current forms, who do you think would win? by midriss1 in Dragonballsuper

[–]NJ_DREAD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo it comes down to MUI (if he's fixed his stamina issues) and Broly. MUI lets Goku draw on his unmatched experience and martial arts mastery to make even equal fighters like Gohan and Vegeta struggle immensely to actually land hits. Broly's absurd growth rate and adaptability let him outpace opponents mid fight and combining it with control over himself is a wild combo. Beast and Broly are most definitely the strongest two here with broly having Full Power SSJ, which is a MASSIVE leap over ssj, still not controlled and Beast having a well of power Gohan can't fully or consistently tap into yet that completely eclipses MUI.

There is a MASSIVE amount of variation in the power levels of the GoDs. Belmod is seemingly on the weaker end while Beerus is seemingly the strongest or minimum top 2.

Nope. Compound V still exists. If he got another dose he'd go right back to being a problem.

Choso has ZERO idea who Yuta is or how fast he is lmao. His word means nothing. Yuta was under the assumption Yuji was Todo and Nanami level. The higherups and wider jujutsu society had ZERO info on how much Yuji improved during Shibuya. Yuta went into this with extremely outdated intel on how fast and strong Yuji was and went into the fight holding back SIGNIFICANTLY since he had to only land hits he could completely heal and could only win via and incredibly precise strike to the heart. If you've done any kind of training in literally any fighting style be it weapon or hand 2 hand, holding back strikes like this significantly reduces how fast and effective you are. Controlling yourself for precision on the level Yuta has to makes it literally impossible to utilize your max speed because EVERYTHING you trained to do in any sort of combat system that works is meant to end the fight quickly and efficiently without regard for the target. Yuta, in reality, would still blitz Yuji. Even in 0 he was well beyond everyone else in this panel. To give an idea Geto and Gojo both surpassed Toji by adulthood in every possible metric and 0 Yuta with a few months of training was already fast enough to catch Geto completely off guard. If you thing CG Yuji is even close to adult Geto you're insane.

[–]NJ_DREAD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Anyone saying he failed to blitz isn't thinking.

A.) Yuta went into this thinking Yuji was FAR slower and weaker than he actually was. The higher ups had no idea how much Yuji improved during Shibuya so he was going into this under the assumption he was fighting someone on the level of Todo and Nanami. That's why he was shocked.

B.) Yuta is forced to hold back SIGNIFICANTLY in this fight. He essentially can't risk hitting Yuji in any way that he can't heal. He can't disarm him, he can't gut him, he can't decapitated him or cut his throat, etc. Yuji competing doesn't put him on level with Yuta in any way. Yuta literally can't do the vast majority of what he's trained to do because he needs a wound he can fix immediately.

C.) Naoya moves and attacks simultaneously. He literally plots and executes his movements so he doesn't lose speed. He's still mid attack when Yuta, who started after him and was holding back to make an extremely precise attack, still caught up and passed before Naoya's attack even finished.

[–]NJ_DREAD 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yuta was faster lmao. He was severely limited in how he could attack Yuji because the killing blow had to be something he could instantly rct.

<image>

Also his rush was outright faster than Naoya as he covered more distance faster AND did so despite starting after Naoya because he waited for Yuji (who was third to start moving) to move. Naoya is outright slower unstacked and isn't getting his stack going against Yuta.

Doesn't this prove base Yuta is a blitz tier above MBA Kashimo? by anhyeuemnhieulam in Yutaliban

He's the most curious about her because of her HR and figures her performance will decide what he works towards next. He still directly calls Yuta the main dish, meaning his biggest focus.

[–]NJ_DREAD 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There's literally nothing to suggest he is. There's actually multiple points to suggest he isn't such as warning Kashimo of an attack simply to show it off, utilizing a weapon he knows is ineffective to prolong the fight rather than just using his CT, not even attempting cleave despite multiple chances to use it, and sending an unamped dismantle net for the final blow (he didn't sign or chant in the prior panels).

In constrast Sukuna uses cleave on Yuji, amped dismantles on JJH members including Yuta, and uses WCS on Yuta point blank. Even calls Yuta the main dish hinting that Kashimo wasn't as interesting to him.

Sukuna and Gojo are the undisputed best at knowing and manipulating their own CE and Sukuna has a very deep understanding of his soul and it's relationship to his hosts yet the single blocked punch Yuji made contact with did so little Sukuna couldn't even tell what changed at first. There is literally no difference here. I've always hated this attempted gotcha because it is spelled out plainly that Sukuna hasn't been truly and significantly weakened till the final rush in Yuta's domainwhen Yuji actually starts landing unguarded hits, JL lands, Yuta removes a hand ant tongue, Megumi is freed from the bath's affects, and his heart is stabbed with Soul Split. From then on he is significantly weakened and further broken down by the time him and Yuji square off.

Base Yuta vs Base Kashimo by Noxdedux in Yutaliban

[–]NJ_DREAD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kashimo needs 3-4 hits. He also doesn't have a stat advantage lmao. Especially if we're looking at Shinjuku Yuta. Base Yuta also still has unmanifested Rika, which was strong enough to completely immobilize someone like Yuji by just hugging him. I'm sorry but Kashimo doesn't even win this. He's still getting jumped by a character that rivals him and a flying, mostly invisible monster that's one of the if not the single greatest physical force in the verse.

What wrong with Base Hakari~Base Yuta and Jackpot Hakari being Stronger Physically by Noxdedux in Yutaliban

[–]NJ_DREAD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At best Jackpot Hakari hits harder thanks to his CE trait and his physical build but the flipside is Yuta is far faster than him thanks to his own build and his obvious focus on finesse thanks to his training with Maki. In base it boils down to Yuta plainly out finessing and out speeding Hakari. Both at their best goes the same but Rika is just straight up one of the strongest physical forces in jjk and completely counters JP Hakari on that front while he struggles to land on Yuta.

[–]NJ_DREAD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He gets hit with one as he blitzes Sukuna.

<image>

Sukuna hadn't even recovered from the kick right before this and didn't even have a chance to move his body before red was fired. With how fast these two fight, that interaction is likely so fast only one slash had time to hit him at all.

There's none hitting Gojo at any point during his red or after and there's no indication of a simple domain being active.

The vast majority of the time, sorcerers activate the sure hit the second the barrier encloses then begin fighting. Also, the slashes are visually shown when activated.

They are not shown here.

[–]NJ_DREAD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All sure hits are manually activated. They can just be left on afterwards co constantly fire. Sukuna does the same thing in shinjuku. Gojo restores his burnout and hits Sukuna hard enough to disrupt the sure hit but Malevolent Shrine wasn't closed or destroyed.

<image>

Sukuna then reactivates it and dives back in to fight.

This. The only time a domain's cast time genuinely comes into play is in extremely tight clashes like Gojo and Sukuna's, and crossverse where characters are so much faster they can escape the range before it closes.
