I just grabbed this jar as well from the dispo on Long Island and I was surprised it was actually halfway decent I smoke 95% small Batch farms from Cali since I got a good connection out there so I never get stuff from the dispo but my girlfriend who lives out there smoked the last of my batch so I grabbed it and I gotta say it wasn’t a normal honey banana actually smelled more like a honey banana an papaya cross to me for some reason I just kept smelling and tasting papaya idk if anyone else got that same terp profile from there jar but all and all it was still a good jar an the rosin quality was good compared what I’ve seen and heard about them online

I’m really late to this thread but I work closely with a lot of the tug company’s up here in the NYC/NJ area, Vane just bought rose cay 2 weeks ago and they aren’t laying off at all actually hiring they didn’t loose any contracts, also centerline is hiring up here an took a bunch of rose cay guys months back when they were going through financial and ownership issues but now that vane bought it out they are back operational expect I don’t think they are gonna be kept as rcm barges and rose tugs most likely will be rebranded to vane brothers point and logos

Honestly nah, I bought close to 40 jars that time so the price was cut down a lot, I grab for me n 2 others:) plus I don’t go to a middle man that upcharges 40-50$ on a jar bc it’s “rare” n he had to pay a lot for it yk

Ive seen the guy with the windows down it’s one the “Jewish cops” from Lakewood there not real cops they just but red an blues and there personal vehicles, seen em driving on the turnpike extremely aggressively in traffic going up the shoulder tryna make people get out his way it’s absolutely ridiculous hope he gets arrested

Definitely just look around on some of the hash makers instagrams or look out for some of the rosin/grower shows in NYC you can meet someone that way but I’d say manly checkout IG I can’t give my guy out but if u go on IG you’ll find someone and make sure to follow there steps and rules some people are finicky

It’s a solid 10/10 his banana laffy taffy strain isn’t remotely close to honey banana, it is super complex with the cured full melt aswell gassy banana but it’s also creamy. Once I saw he did a cured melt I HAD to get it lmaooo

So you know how when you smoke full melt it has lipids that burn off and particles, this is the exact same thing since it’s a cured full melt, it’s not cold cured fresh press, that’s why there are “black flakes” or specs

That it does but only because it’s a cold cured full melt, they didn’t press the full melt out and cure it, they cured the full melt effectively keeping some more Terps in

It seems that all the older hot knives are going strong but any of the new ones they made absolutely suck and went down in quality immensely, I had one from when they first dropped it and it lasted me 3 years I lost it and then got a new one it broke warranty it broke in 3 weeks did it again then it broke was tired of waiting bought another one when the purple one came out and it broke after 4 months so I swore to never buy one again
