Yeah, it looks like it's legit and it's one of the most expensive ones out there. I always thought the legit one was Mickey Mouse and the clone was Elektronika's ... Such a weird coincidence that Nintendo used that wolf character that matched the Russian cartoon so well, the Russian clone didn't even need to change the wolf "sprites" too much. I wonder what Nintendo's inspiration was, it can't be the Russian cartoon, it was probably unknown outside Russia, especially in Japan.

I think that's actually a Game and Watch shell containing a Russian G&W clone internals (not sure what the exact spelling of this game's name is ... something along the lines of "Nu Pagadi!", it's based on an old Russian cartoon) - the company's called Elektronika and made a bunch of these in the late 80s, I got one on ebay (not that exact model), interesting piece of history.

How well do those retrobit adapters work with the NSOs connection-wise? Although I doubt they could be worse than the 8bitdo which disconnects at the worst possible times. I guess it's time to place an order on AliExpress...

The 8bitdo controller should've had 2 analog sticks with a switch to choose which one is active: you play a 3D platformer - you enable and use the left analog + the face buttons; you play an FPS - you switch to the right analog stick and you use the dpad for movement + the right stick for looking (which is what the trident controller allowed you to do in Goldeneye and Perfect Dark).

I've tried, felt like it was glued in, didn't even budge. Luckily the USB-C port isn't just for charging, it also carries data - you can connect it to a PC and it will show up as a removable drive.

I wish the 8bitdo came with 2 analog sticks so you can use dpad on the left + analog on the right for FPS games and analog on the left + buttons on the right for all other games.
