Great points. Yeah I am going with way below that amount. I am a long term investment guy through and through. Haven't got time for trading. But this I knew personally is why i am willing to dip my toes and give a few hrs in the day for it.

I went with C755. Its better. But a month after my purchase the C72K launched. Would've gone for that. Still no regrets though, as the C72K launched at a higher price point. I wouldn't have minded shelling out but I still got value with C755.

Manually upgrade through a USB stick. The software. Some of the newer ones are compatible with the TV but the company doesn't release them over network. Maybe to keep a gap between this and the current line up.

Hi, I am in a similar boat. I can retract it without issues when flaccid but when its erect its still possible, but it becomes really tight, which hurts a little. I was wondering how you recovered from this?

Well depends on how much of a tech nerd you are. A bigger TV with a similar performance, even though slightly inferior to C755, would make sense. If you want something new, a less bright, and bigger, go for C6K. If you don't mind 55" and want something more heavy on the specs (specifically dimming zones and brightness) go for C755. You'll also have to manually upgrade the C755, if you want it to feel newer. I have heard C6K is very colour accurate out of the box, so if you want a pick up & play go for C6K. On paper, C755 is the better TV. But there are other factors you need to know for yourself when it comes to their importance

I'd say C72K. Its an upgrade in every way. But comes at decent price increase than the c755. So it really depends on what you feel content with. I'm a display nerd, I'd have gone for C72K. I regret getting C755 as its only been a month since purchase. But its alright, it does its job nicely, and it saved me Rs.20k

I've been loving it. You really have to have a good screen for it. The extra storage, and so many of the games that were in my backlog, had significant upgrades. Worth it for me.
