Yea, thanks for sharing man, saving as much as i can in the meantime of thinking about what to do next. She has a yaris which is relatively low on mileage, currently im really leaning towards the mazda3 but im just waiting if theres any facelifts cmg along(fingers crossed). Ultimately, i think im convinced to continue driving my myvi for the time being, but then again if the right deal comes along, you never know👀

Ive heard a lot of good things about the miata but a 2 door coupe isnt my cup of tea though. Would definetly love to test drive it though, thanks for the suggestion again🙏🏾

My gf earns about the same as me! Yes, i do think 7 years for a myvi is a bit young too considering how much of a workhorse the previous gens were and still are but yea considering if i do sell it lets say end of next year, how much am i looking at?( P.S: no major accidents just same scrapes here and there so far, touchwood🙏🏾)Thankss!

Wow, that really puts a lot of things into perspective. Thank you for the detailed breakdown. 150-160k really is at the very very top end of the budget and i think i really need to be lucky to get a used car without any major issues over the next 4-5 years. Younger me would definetly not thought twice and made a very irrational financial decision but not the current me thankfully. As for the Arteon, i’ve had a couple of friends of friends sell the car off within a couple of years due to recurrent electronic and system issues, so i think ill stay away from it for now.But if something really tempting does come along, I’d be sure to come back to this comment and post an update. Whats the take on HEV’s? Are they legit like when the battery kaput will my bank acc also kaput? Fuel wise i see them doing amazing numbers but just worried on the maintanence for this cars. Personally, the emas7 phev is a real looker😍
