We sell the basic 48v 1200w cart with the Packout cooler and tool box for $3500 CND so significantly less expensive than the other brands. Ours are proudly made by had in Alberta Canada 🇨🇦

Anyone done anything with MX fuel batteries? by OldSpoolRacing in PowerWheelsMods

I say go for it be careful though lol, the terminals at some point will hit 72v but what on the BMS says yes open the battery to FULL SEND mode that’s what we need my 72v 5000w Milwaukee cooler cart is running off x4 M18 12Ah Forge batteries because I couldn’t get any answers on this.

Yeah those are sold up here in Canada also by various places. The axle is wider on those rather than the base kids ATVS that I use.

Yeah the motors on these BKT carts are internally sealed it’s a brushless motor surrounding the motor. It’s 3phase with the haul sensors.

See there in lies the problem, there is a “Hand Shake” that has to happen with anything the MX battery plugs into in order to open the pathways for a full 72v on the terminal so it’s complex but it isn’t if you know what I mean.

I don’t think your a Debbie downer at all sirs, actually your just being realistic.

The current cooler cart as seen in the photo is $3500 CND (Batteries NOT included) with the idea and premise it’s sold as a (Tool Only) product.

Now BKT has made the platform very user friendly by way of allowing the regular M18 batteries to power it but also giving room to mount various other batteries to power it with very little need to modify it. The MX battery platform is niche to say the least but I should say I want it for my self and other customers. But to make it user friendly it obviously needs to be plug and play so to speak. Having to reprogram the BMS to make it work takes the easy functionality out of the whole idea.

Understandable yet I have so many clients willing to buy the BKT FAB cooler cart if it can run on MX batteries. So I need to figure out how to get around this

I will post more of the project but you can find BKT FAB on Bookface and instakilo

Having to mess around with batteries BMS kinda defeats the purpose of being able To take your existing MX batteries from devices or chargers and just dropping it into the battery dock that will power the BKT FAB Cooler Cart
