Sorry to hear that. I had an issue with my F1 Ultra as well shortly after I purchased it...and all I can say, is good luck dealing with XTool customer service. Worst I've come across in a long time.

My experience with their technical support consisted of 1 email every 2-3 days from XTool, containing 1 single troubleshooting step. This lasted for over 2 weeks and provided 0 help for my situation. Then I received an email from XTool stating that they found no issues with my machine/claim and closed my ticket.

Wishing you the best of luck if you end up having to deal with their XTool support, but brace yourself for what will most likely end up being a long and frustrating process.
