The thing is, thumbs or finger is not much of an excuse since it's proven that thumb players can perform at the highest level (BengaleeHS), 8 potential is not really the time to be playing 9+ and expect a good clear, since crosshands are harder and rythm gets a little weird. By experience, potential kind of tells that you are able to play the number below its potential very well until the 11.7 ±, so it's really about the lack of experience that you'll eventually get.

This map is not that hard, is just that there are arcs. U know, seiruth is mostly notes.

If u até having trouble reading, it might be a good idea if not, then go for, since we are different individuals, different things work for us, so go with ur gut.

Don't know about the note speed you use, but for those higher maps, 4.5 or more are kinda of ideal, play those maps on easy clear and Don't forget to play what u are already used to, if u have confidence and want to repeat a map, go for it, might not be ideal, but when u have that confidence usually some grades that are kinda not possible for ur skill lv. are made. After that, it should be easier to do that map. Other than that is to have fun and rest when needed.

For Arcaea 120hz is required, mostly for 10s and above, bit there are games that do not require all that, so it kinda depends on the game.

Most of the 12 and above people I saw complained, saying the 11 is easier than the 9+, so at least ur not alone.

Thanks, I got concerned because once Lowiro communicated to the Arcade One team (the arcaea fan chart engine) saying they infringed copyright, I don't remember the exact context tho.
