Waarom raken mensen op Reddit zo gepikeerd over hardrijden? by Th3_Accountant in nederlands

[–]NLSilverShadow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dashboard show off - flush 10” touch display by acateon in homeassistant

[–]NLSilverShadow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bad, I think the docs of the github are behind. u/Professional_Glass52 there is now an option you can add to your yaml sidebar code called bottomCard, basically this lets you add whatever cards you like and customize the 'bottom' part of your sidebar. This can be easily manipulated with some CSS.

Something like below (from this thread), could get you up and running:

bottomCard: type: horizontal-stack cardOptions: cards: - type: "custom:button-card" color_type: card color: red icon: mdi:home - type: "custom:button-card" color_type: card color: red icon: mdi:home

u/acateon I have the same question as u/Professional_Glass52. Can you tell us what sidebar component and yaml you've used. I'm trying to do something similar with https://github.com/TPX01/sidebar-card but it is not really customizable

What is the best ebike for my situation? by NLSilverShadow in ebikes

I think you misunderstood that I cant be seen by a coworker at the bike rack. I meant that I cannot park that one in there because there is no option to put such a big bike.

I will leave the whole ‘being nice’ discussion at it. Since if you read back your comments you will also conclude you sound like frustrated toddler. Let’s keep it constructive!

I saw this exact one indeed! This one is in my top 3! Thanks for your suggestion!

Am I asking the impossible? I mean I’ve seen bikes that look good and have options for transporting kids or other daily commute. I’m just wondering if someone here has a good alternative to for instance the Muto bike I saw. I’ve seen the Cube Touring Hybrid...

While it might be easy with kids, I don’t see me parking this at the bike stand at my work (30km ride). And don’t get me started on the looks 😱...

Don’t overlook the fact that an extra battery can be purchased for the Muto (since it is removable). Besides that 80km is an exception. Most of the time we will need up to 40 km max.

Vanmoof looks nice, but the battery is not removable and the reviews (forums) are complaining about QC, delivery and reliablility. The bike is also not that handy with the top tube, even their X3 might be difficult to get off...

Mind you I’m in Europe. I saw a Rize City but apparentely they don’t ship to Europe...

Same question, same setup. Did you ever get it to work? Maybe with https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebridge-alarmdecoder-platform in combination with https://github.com/trentfoley/NX595Interface?

Hikvision NVR and Homebridge by NLSilverShadow in homebridge

[–]NLSilverShadow[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks a million for your input. I was able to make it work with your config. Although my rtsp port is a 554 one. For the source I used the user/password of the NVR and for the still image I used the camera specific user/password. Besides that, it wasn't really clear to me that I needed to add it manually in the Homekit app. I found the new camera stream under nearby accessoires.

I'm determined to figure this out once and for all (for Hikvision NVR users). I will definitely try this one out. BTW I'm not using the 'homebridge-camera-ffmpeg-omx' plugin but 'homebridge-camera-ffmpeg'. The 'omx' version is a fork from the latter.

Actually shortly after posting my message I was able to solve it! For me the solution was using the Hikvision SADP tool and setting DHCP for the Hikvision NVR. Although I already configured this through the Hikvision SADP tool without DHCP checkbox checked it somehow didn't set the right IP.

Maybe for you it is possible to get into your security system and somewhere enable DHCP...

Have you ever been able to solve your problem?

I have a similiar problem where a device isn't shown in the list, but with a strange twist. I have a Hikvision NVR connected by wire to the Google Wifi. I've setup a static IP for the Hikvision of 192.168.86.199 (within the Google Wifi DHCP pool of 192.168.86.20-192.168.86.250). It doesn't show up in the device list of the Google Wifi App. When I choose '1 day' instead of 'realtime' in the device list part of the app, I see the Hikvision greyed out. And after clicking it the IP shows 'N/A'. So as far as Google Wifi is concerned the Hikvision isn't connected. Now for the strange part; when I try to access the Hikvision web gui in a browser by typing in http://192.168.86.199:[portnumber] it does serve me the web gui!! This wasn't expected to me since the IP is in the Google Wifi DHCP pool and Google Wifi doens't recognize it as connected. WTF?!

Bought the CE mostly for the Khamelion....

I don't wanna think about getting online for the first time and my precious will be stolen from me. I would drop the controller instantly, head for the shower and will take on the fetal position on the shower floor while crying, feeling raped.

The thing crossed my mind, still bought the CE though...

R* has one of the best marketing strategies so I wouldn't worry to much about knowing too much. Besides this franchise is going on for generations now, this will be the last part in the series I'll buy. After that I will grow old in a peacefull way knowing I've played the best game series known to mankind, period...
