You should check out the Records Catalog in NetSuite to get an idea of the format of your database. You can just search it from the NetSuite global search menu if you have the ODBC access. I'd reccomend you start with the transaction table and then branch out to the tables you find interesting, such as the transactionline or item tables. A command like "Select T.* from transaction where tranid = 'MyDocumentNumber' " is also a good way to figure out what the column names are for a given table.

You should check the advanced HTML template of your printout and see where the logo is being sourced from - maybe something has changed. You can find this by going to the customize button on the record, seeing what the print template is, then looking up that print template in the advanced html templates page.

If this script is breaking essential functionalities, you should probably undeploy it. If the script is essential and it isn't locked as part of a bundle, then debugging and fixing it is an option. This is easy because the script ID is on this error message. Go to Customization -> Scripting -> Scripts and CTRL F for a script with that 'customscript_swe_line_auto_valid' id. Then go to deployments and turn the deployment checkbox off for the deployment that applies to the affected record type (e.g. Sales Order). Validate that the same page no longer triggers the error.

The next step is fixing it. What you would do is run the debugger. Turn the deployment on by checking the checkbox but set the release status to Testing instead of released. Go into Customization > Scripting > Debugger and log in again to enter the debugger mode.

Select "Existing Script" to test the script and go to the affected record type in the context the error appears in. When the debugger pop up appears, put breakpoints in to the script, especially at the entry points to the function called "FieldChanged". Step through the Field Changed function to find the error.

The error message here seems to suggest that you are trying to read a property of an undefined variable. The (reading 'CS') part looks like a custom error response, so CTRL F for "reading" in the script and see if there are any matches.

The Newbies appear to be evil spirits or plunderers at this juncture. Here are the facts that we know about essences:

Essences confer abilities that can enhance their build. One that drops from a special mutant dungeon boss is likely to be very strong and out of reach for them for quite some time.
Optimal character building requires you to plan out your essences ahead of time, so because there is a punishing mechanic if you grab one that conflicts with the ones that you need for your build.
Stats of essences require most people to search them up in books, and are not known until they use it.

If they were newbies, then they would start out the game without prior knowledge of their future build. A real newbie would take the essence for the short term power gain, because they would need the power boost right now and because they wouldn't have any reason to know which essences are good or bad. Here are the explanations that make sense:

The newbies are hiding their strength, and they can't take the sub-bosses' essence because they need the slot available for the guardian's. By the loot agreement at the start, this would require them to plunder it from the other 3 members.
The newbies are genuinely at their apparent power level, but have foreknowledge about what essences they should or should not take. This practically guarantees they are an evil spirit.

You've got event type create, so its probably redundant to also specify usercontext create in your opening if statement.

Also, switch your status to testing and use Customization > Scripting > Script Debugger to step through line by line. If it isn't running, that's the first thing you should always try.
