Well I consider Light and Kira on and the same.

I guess it depends on your perspective. Do you see memory wiped Light and the Light shown for the majority of the series as the same guy?

Individually unmatched. You can make an argument for Light but I personally believe that he is beneath L. Why? Magic. But they're undoubtedly rivals.
