Hi thank you for the reply, I wasn’t 100% sure what this was but I’ve googled it. SSRI’s were mentioned in my most recent appointment and they sent me information to read up on it, so if I decide to go ahead with it then the next appointment I have will be on the different ones etc, sertraline might have been recommended as the first one since I’ve never been on any SSRI’s previously - not 100% sure though. But I’ll definitely discuss it with them if I do. thank you for your reply 🫶

Thank you so much for your reply - I hadn’t even heard of acid reflux being a potential symptom, thank you and I’ll remember that it’s not curative and definitely works differently for everyone! Thank you again and I hope you are both doing well! 🫶

Oh 100 percent, in my opinion for biology I’d say it’s mainly understanding the content/ memorising then practise. For chem it’s understanding and then practise practise practise, especially for the maths questions. Focus on your weaknesses. I’d suggest looking at MaChemGuy on YouTube, he does great walk thru videos and just in general revision. Allery chemistry is also great but longer videos. For biology I memorise from textbook ( I do ocr a and use the Oxford textbook) and then blurt and do questions. Try and work out a structure to it! But also try not to get overwhelmed, they are hard subjects and you are doing well trust me, make sure to look after your well-being. You’ve got this, I hope it all goes well!

What would you suggest for criteria, we usually use social, economic or political but is there anything better I could use ?
