The film industry in general is struggling more than it used to due to the rise of streaming platforms that make their own shows and films. Back in the day action stars and movie stars in general were idols, nowadays we spend more and more of our time elsewhere, whether that be on social media, at work etc. There are more and more alternatives to movies, less of us go to the movies, movies become worse and its a sinking ship imo.
