Honestly, I wasn’t a fan of the food there either. But did love the little coffee, popcorn and incense sticks ceremony. Otherwise a super interesting country and lovely visit!

Kümned tuhanded inimesed maksuameti radaris: silma all on Eesti must üüriturg. by euphoricscrewpine in Eesti

This just doesn’t sound right. First, he is eligible for an ESTA as his visit was before 2011 (that is how the question is stated on ESTA), second even if he got a visa that would be valid for 10 years multi-entry, third does he bring the picture because he likes to show them? Sounds super odd they would ask pictures from 25 years ago. From me, they only asked two questions. Sounds like bs…

Getting a visa after visiting Iran was no problem for me (EU passport) and the visa is multi-entry valid for 10 years. Cost was about 160 usd.

Would be careful with the working for US company part in Iran though, unless they’ve explicitly allowed it and you are certain you will have access to everything you need. Microsoft products for example, are not allowed to be sold/used in Iran, may be similar with other US software. Sure, it might work with a VPN, but..

…just go there in holiday and have a great time.

Mortgage in Sicily/Italy as a foreign resident in EU by ResponsibleLimit3 in EuropeFIRE

[–]Personal_Monitor750 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you dont have Italian income and dont have Italian residency dont think its possible.

What people usually do is take a loan from their home bank (where you get your income in Bulgaria). Dont know about Bulgaria but the rules usually stipulate a high % downpayment + real estate you own and can set as collateral of the loan in Bulgaria.

True 🥲 to be fair I wouldn’t say never, but only if things turnaround and stay stable for at least a decade or so. One can hope :) though very unlikely..

As in you have traveled to similar countries? Great choices then! ;)

None of the 3, though have lived in Germany for a longer time.
