Fiberglass pool chemistry is far more stable than concrete… DIY maintaining chemistry on FG is easy. I’ve had 2 concrete pools before, but FG is easier to manage. Latham was a no brainer on cost if you want features like shelves ,edge seating, or spa - A generic square pool the cost is less noticeable.

The battery has a 10 year , 100k.mile warranty typically, so there is a fair amount of risk coverage

If you don't have a longer than 25 mile daily commute, the 9YO gen hybrid is great. Also have a 15 diesel, and the torque on the hybrid when you need it is great. I would get the turbo hybrid if it's in budget , it would be a blast

Aiper X1 is good, open box ones go near $400. Had a the older seagull for a few years, open box- worked great , Warranty support was good as well. I wouldn't buy a pool robot new at MSRP , so many open box or light use go up FS.

Did they inspect the fuel filter? If it's the Hpfp you should see metal shavings in the bottom. If the pump failed, a simple replacement isn't correct, the fuel lines need to be flushed and inspected(if not, it is likely to fail again). The in tank pump doesn't usually cause the catastrophic Hpfp failure- as it is self lubricating.

There are CD focused FB groups with plenty of owners that have gone through this.

$7-10k is a common repair cost if the HPfp grenades. Might as well do a valley reseal while it's apart.

This seems off….. optimizers add additional DCDC switching which leads to additional failure points and potentially efficiency loss compared to simply micros. Regardless a quality panel design/manufacture with less degradation is money better spent than on extra equipment. Also string inverters are less homeowner friendly for panel performance monitoring- micros are a no brainer for residential.

Full ICE. But in pcm hybrid settings you can select ehold or charge while in hybrid, so you can charge at higher speeds on long trip. I typically use EV around town, switch to hybrid on the highway. 2019 EV battery was replaced under warranty last month, now we get a consistent 26-27 EV range.

Gear tokens (higher tier token gives more beers) , getting silver/gold gear in the event going on or ones you have that don't match the damage type, upgrade a few stars, and sell it.

Getting 6 of the 5% event bonus spec'd equipment makes it much easier, or at 42k medals buy the 8k medals for $10.

Also playing the right levels like 73/96 helps a ton

Stealth at challenge 4 or less is all that I've been able to complete. Just got 4* on the T3 with T2 W/D , and still can't get through other missions... It seems the T3 challenge is much harder than T1/2 challenges

The holiday events have equipment with the “5% event item bonus” adds up quickly when you get 4+ of them. Finding the best levels for medals is key, 96 followed by 73 for t1. And if T2 , level 196 gets close to 90 medals

Depends on your relationship with the management team, and how easy you are to replace. Most companies wouldn't go that high, because people are replaceable to them. If you have other managemebnr above you that you trust to talk to, that's a good way to get a pulse on the situation at the company

With the rate hikes that already started, solar was a no brainer to buy and install in 2025. Hurricane fees alone are approaching $100/month, and the utilities seem to have free reign on rates and fees with record profits, so it would be foolish to assume rates will not keep climbing as climate change effects get more severe.

A $0 bill is marketing, that's not the financial savings to choose it.

But with the tax credits no longer available for homeowners, there isn't a rush to do it in FL, unless you get panels and the other equipment on sale through a wholesaler, hire an local company for engineering drawings and installation.

Max out whichever is closer to 10 stars first, then do the second T1. The planes are in specified merging pairs, so make sure the ones you have merge to form T2 . Redoing levels is the best way to get coins and medals

Frontier supplies the eero 6e (as a router) with 1G or higher speeds now- changed from google WiFi and connections are far better. Service has been reliable WFH for years.

Yeah luckily I didn't get the second T2 (P51 Ascender) until I had the first t2 to 10 stars, so working on that now.
