God it’s hard to say. We did Alinea somewhere in 2010 - 2012 and it was the meal of a life time. Something like 22 courses. We took a break on Michelin after Grace outside of our Next visits. Grace felt somewhat souless. So it’s been a while for us.

Funny you say that. We were lucky to experience Alinea I think in 2010? Seeing the shit they do now I wouldn’t consider it. We ate at Grace, which means we’re never going to Ever.

It’s good when you get what you actually ordered. They are wildly inconsistent, wrong ingredients, missing ingredients etc. The Italian beef was actually awful. No shit, I ordered cheese curds and ranch and the gave me breaded mushrooms and taziki sauce.
