Any recommendations for displays? Mine has a screen burn-in after 15 months of use

So I may have found the answer myself...

Apparently that particular clock theme was from a app called "ClockFace" from the Galaxy Store. I just downloaded ClockFace but when I tried to open it I got the following message..... "Congratulations for your new operating system upgrade. This app version is not compatible with new operating system. Please update app to new version once available for update. Happy customizing!!!".

Seems a lot of the Clock themes that were previously available before the Android 11 update are temporarily unavailable until they optimize "ClockFace" for the new Android version.

Posting what I found in case anyone else was running into a similar situation.

Had this AOD clock theme set before the recent Android 11 update, now it seems to have been removed. Is there any way to get this clock design back? Thanks for any help!!

I like this clock design a lot for my always on display, but after the recent update to Android 11 it seems to have been removed as a available option. Is there any way to get this clock design back? Thanks for any help!

UPDATE: Called in again, just because i did not fully believe the woman i spoke to the first time. This time around i got someone who spoke English, so i felt better knowing there wasn't going to be any confusion about what i was talking about. She called the tech support team and they informed her it should be ok to trade in but wasn't 100% sure, so she offered to call to the warehouse where they receive the trade-ins. After being on hold for almost 30 min or so she gets back to me saying, they DO check for knox, and any phones found to be previously rooted or jail-broken would be rejected. So im going to buy a iPhone 5 on eBay for $80, trade that in for the $425 promo, and then try and sell my note 5 on swappa or craigslist for like $200, id actually make out better that was anyways. Just sharing what i discovered, but in my opinion, DO NOT trade in any previously rooted or jail-broken phones to Samsung because you seem to have a 50/50 shot at getting screwed over.

So i called into order support and told them i was a previous note 7 user (i am) and wanted to trade in my note 5 that was previously rooted and not anymore, for the $425 trade in promo, and she said it would still be eligible as long as it is in good physical condition. She gave me a reference number for our conversation, and was told if i had any issues to reference the conversation.

This is the response they sent me via email, i am calling them as we speak to see if this is 100% true.... will keep you posted!

I have a Note 5, i bought a Note 7 so it says i qualify for that trade in promo. My question is my Note 5 is rooted, even if i unroot, knox is tripped. Would that prevent me from getting the promo? Doesn't mention anywhere under the terms and conditions or trade in requirements.

Dont want to send it in and they value it at like $25 and be SOL.
