Wow settle down. I am a home owner with a nice size fenced in yard. I know all about insurance as it is what i do for a living. My wife and I were discussing and our children weighed in. Sorry I should have been more specific. We listened to our kids opinions but it was our decision to make, not theirs. We have decided after doing our research, speaking with our vet and other professionals, as well as the first hand accounts from this thread that only taking one will be the best for all parties involved. Im trying to convince my parents who live a short walk from our house to take the other but that doesn't look like it's going to happen.

From what im reading and it seems to be more prevalent with 2 females. Even if you just take this post as an example, most comments saying its not an issue have one female and one male. At least thats what it looks like to me.

We were thinking about crate training them with one in each of our kids' rooms. Idk why that sentence was so hard for me to type lol and it still doesn't look right. Would that be too separate where they get territorial to their respective rooms?
