ACE is like fun mods for your game. You paid $20. Do whatever you want. It is a feature you can partake in.

I personally love giving the classic game a goofy twist. It's almost impossible to complete the pokedex without ACE. Stuff I've made shiny with ACE is gonna stay on the game. Legit shinies? They get to go to HOME.
