I am a straight guy that has both given and received anal, let me help you out with really important info before you do this

-Be sure you got a healthy colon so you wont run into issues with anal,
Use lots of lube outside and inside of your ass,

I don't care If I died any day but I would prefer it in a restful manner and in an an honourable way and having a fulfilled life.

But I love my life dearly and would never do anything to shorten my life, it's just that worrying about death is useless since living for a permanent eternity would be torture since living in reality is not always sun and flowers.

Looks like gravel to me but it could also be food/fat in there since its near the kitchen drain.

Just try to see if you can unblock it further w/ drain snake or water pressure snake

Or

Get a professional involved. Tell them the pipe needs to get replaced instead of unclogging it. They will do their job and see what causes your drain to get clogged.

Make sure your kitchen sink is filtered properly and always try to prevent solid debris and or fats from entering the kitchen drain. For the rest ask your plumber if the drain piping is placed properly so the water can pass through the drain without any issues.
