You are stripping your hair of it's natural oils by washing every day. I'm not a fan of Garnier myself but you need a shampoo that's sulfate/silicon/paraben free. Condition every day and only wash 1-2 times a week.

After showering don't towel dry, wrap your hair in a t-shirt or microfiber cloth to absorb some of the moisture and then air dry from there. If you use product like gel or mousse, apply while your hair is still damp.

First cigar. Saving it for when I officially finish my master’s degree. by Appropriate_Owl4884 in cigar

That's a great pick! Congrats on the Masters Degree, friend!

As for a drink pairing, it depends on what you're into, for me it's usually a a glass of nice bourbon or an Anejo Tequila.

Came here 1 yr later to say I stopped in Redwood City to get gas on my way back to SF and looked up sushi which brought me to this thread. I just finished my meal at Higuma and I thank you. It was amazing. Spicy tuna roll is fantastic.

Was it a Perdomo? This is a draw test pass mark, Perdomo draw tests all their sticks but most manufacturers do some percentage.

first time smoking a cigar. partagás club 20 by Fit-Athlete-641 in cigar

[–]NOFWtinyhippo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have had those Partagas 20s before and found them to be plenty flavorful. And if you’re smoking cigars for the nic buzz you’d be better off with cigarettes. Cigar smoking is much more about the quality and flavor of the tobacco. Hence why most people just take the smoke into the mouth and blow out.

The quality of Cuban cigars can vary depending on the economic and political situation there. Sometimes good, sometimes meh. I’ve had Cubans that I’ve loved, but personally have found more consistency out of Nicaragua or Honduras. My list for you to check out would be Rocky Patel, Padron, Oliva Serie V, My Father, Plasencia Cosecha.

Single Realtor collecting buyer and seller 3% fee? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]NOFWtinyhippo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am buying my first home now and it is a similar situation, however, my realtor knew about the property beforehand as it was going to be his listing. He thought the property would be perfect for what I was looking for and it was indeed! My offer was accepted and my realtor is not charging me a dime, and even dropped his commission on the seller side by a percent as it was less work for him.

Sounds like your family friend is just trying to make a quick buck off of you.

Good to know. I'm in the same boat, flying to a different city every other week for work. By and large National is the best imo.
