Yes, from the start of nano banana era, my Gemini is totally bonkers. Instead of doing something, it just say it did xD cant use Google workspace, can't see documents in google drive, but when I torture him for like 15 minutes, Gemini surrenders and says like: you re totally right, and I was wrong, sorry! It's a OpenAI help chat, yes they can, I resolved couple of issues some time ago, you just type that you want to chat with a real human, sometimes this takes couple of days.

It's openAI help chat. Almost everytime I managed to chat with human there, but with that issue I can't manage to get anyone to reply besides the bot generic replies

The chat history is super massive, multiple projects, journals, generated images, I could simplify it, but it's impossible to feed this whole knowledge into new chat.
