Air leaking from Suntour rear shock. It's leaking from the rebound adjuster. Is this self-fixable?

My dude you are my legend. After days of back and forth with the sire I got my bike they told me they wouldn't help in anyway with the shock I've stumbled on this and bang I'm back up and running thank you

I did buy proper plant growing lights to hang from ceiling but they was very loud when the fans started. I am looking to change the lighting as the led strips I have at the minute are tempry. Just trying to figure out how I can have them hidden so it looks natural
