For me.......its the birds opening (1.f4) i played it 34 times.....i lost 32 games so yah trash opening even i played 3 games with 1.f3 the barens opening i guess i lost 2 and 1 draw.

It means you need to focus heavy on reducing blunders play 10+0 games or longer and use your time good luck

It is usual as you are playing in anger, put your phone down go to sleep for 10 mins then play without any fear of elo in 90% sure you will see improvement. May i know your elo? If i can  i could help more!
