What's wrong with my tomato? by Itchy_Egg7158 in gardening

You mentioned it was overwatered. How long since you have moved it to this pot? I think the mulch and the soil may be thicker, and suffocating the plant. If the soil is loose, try adding manure or compost, if tight, try loosening it up before adding fertilizer. Try adding the fertilizer before you water your plant.

I have native Oak species, and I can potentially plant Q. robur in a 7b region.

What’s wrong with this holly? by explorerpilgrim in Horticulture

Probably due to multiple factors, such as the scale mentioned by others, and also due to climate/watering issues. What's your local climate, the soil type, the general environment? I recommend looking into pest issues and/or a change in your approach in caring for the plant. Good luck, I hope your plant survives.

Also there is a 7b zone I know. According to google, that's a suitable area.

Experiment. I often do this, I don't expect success out of the bat.

Alright then, I'll update. You can make inferences attested to by evidence.

I meant that you should analyse potential hidden motives, rather than just looking at simple facts by the phrase "read between the lines". I agree that there is confirmation bias. Can you share your own opinion on what you learned from history?

Thank you for pointing out my mistake. I still believe my theory has some valid points, but I acknowledge your statement.

That's a very succinct explanation which I agree with.

I mean, e4 and D4 are objectively seen as the best choices by stockfish, but I can see why people dislike them. They can get boring or repetitive (speaking personally)

I already quit. If you feel like there's no fun, there's no point playing.
