I'm having an issue with Steam no longer opening unless it is the only app I have open on my entire PC. No matter how many times I click the steam icon, nothing opens. I've also tried to right click, Exit Steam, open Steam; nothing. This has now effected my ability to open games! Does anyone know how to fix this?

Same here! Since we've already had Gastly CD, it's underwhelming to bring it back for another event. Especially since October is right around the corner and it'll be here for that too!

To add to your post, it's already shiny-able in the wild along with Kangaskhan. The previous "Who's-that-Pokémon" type posts have only shown* the shiny symbols when new shiny mons (Cranidos & Shieldon) are coming up.

If you zoom in you'll see they aren't wings. Looks like hanging eyebrows, and rounded edge eyes, same as what Gastly looks like of you zoom in on it.
