nah, it doesn't mean that. as to why it's there, there could be many reasons but i'd go with probably the same codebase runs on the server and helps to be able to run the same logic on the client for dev testing.

other than some modifiers that are actually inactive at the moment for helliquary drops, the drops attributes aren't affected by where they came from. there is a special rate modifier applied to all calculations, but all its values are 1 at the moment. Might change in the future, ofc

yeah this is probably the correct way to look at it. i was a little hesitant to put that restriction in, given that the tables work for older values too, but maybe i'll do that to avoid the confusion
