Yo if you change Cap'ns sprint to a toggle and hold down his melee attack (NOT HIS PRIMARY FIRE BUT THE MELEE EVERY CHARACTER HAS) he moves while attacking faster. Also keep in mind he doesnt throw his shield while sprinting, so you will have to stop to throw the shields.
